I am a creature of habit by nature and that tends to includes the core set of workouts that I do. This is not necessarily the best solution for your body as the muscles tend to adapt very well to consistency. And that is where you run into the issues of plateaus in your fitness progress.
On the other end of the spectrum you have your Men’s Health & Men’s Fitness magazines who have “new & revolutionary” new workouts every month. In my opinion, you should stick with a particular workout for a couple weeks and insert different variations of the exercises you’re currently doing.
This section of my site will attempt to highlight the most effective workouts to get an all around full body workout that will allow you to become fit, lower your body fat percentage and improve your overall health.
